We arrived at our summer home to open up and clean to find no hot water…called Kozons, our service company for the past 20 years, and they were out that same morning and resolved the issue. Their expertise and kindness is amazing!
Kozon was the plumbing subcontractor on my house construction. After 18 years the main shut off valve required replacement. After 21 years the pipe stub to the well switch required replacement. Both were leaking. This was the result of mating brass with galvanized steel. Any competent plumber would know this galvanic couple will eventually fail through corrosion. Kozon is not competent. Avoid Kozon and find a competent plumber.
The communication with Kozon was excellent. They were knowledgeable and professional. I live in Indianapolis and they worked around my schedule for the repairs I needed. There tech showed up 10 minutes early and was in and out quicker than expected. Nothing but great service.
The technician provided a timely service and a clear explanation of the issue, with a reasonable pricing structure.
If you're wondering if this is the right place to replace your ac, furnace, or water heater... then please stop looking! Everyone is amazing and super informative.
