Kozmo Kuts is off my list. l have a bad back and the rain was really coming down so tried to get someone on the phone to make sure groomer was there which at times she runs late. Didn't need to take a spill in this weather. When I finally got an answer to my call, I was told I had no appointment, it was for Friday. But, they told me to come in, which I did.
