The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here.
