Dr Kozlow is an Extremely Good Eye Doctor. He is thorough and Very Pleasant. He takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. If there's any problems or concerns in between appointments, His Office is Always available to address Your Concerns. His Staff are All Very Pleasant and professional.
