I have a disability and Dr Kozlovsky and staff are very patient when conducting their various test which are very hard for me. I do pay a lot out of pocket but they are worth it.

Diagnosed ten years ago with Macular Degeneration, the Practice has guided my eye medical care preventing the further progress of the disease. During this time Dr. Kozlovsky has directed the care of my cataract surgery into the care of Dr. Ming and the treatment of MD to Dr. Brodrick, who have well-provided for my ability to see, drive, and cook Thanksgiving, Christmas snd Birthdays for my Family Group gatherings as I tenuously pass the 80 year mark! God Bless them one and all!
