Great Food, Terrible Service – My husband and I tried Kozlak's for our anniversary dinner and spent most of the night waiting for our server to get his act together. It took about 15 minutes from the time we sat down before he acknowledged us and took our drink orders. It really wasn't that busy in his section, but he struggled with juggling multiple tables. Great Kozlak's has great food and service. Their salad bar is AWESOME! My husband LOVES the prime rib. Service is wonderful. This is a great date-night restaurant!
Wonderful for my wedding reception We had our wedding reception at Kozlaks and it was just spectacular! Everything was tasty and hot. The service was outstanding as well. We had many many compliments on what a nice setup it was with such good food! Thanks for making my wedding day wonderful!
Nice established elegant restaurant – Lunch has always been a favorite - recommend the Kozlak's salad with chicken. A nice place to have good conversation and great food.
Quality My hockey team has held our annual end-of-the-year banquet here for as long as I remember. The food is great, I recommend the caesar salad! I haven't eaten at Kozlak's besides the banquet, but from what I can tell it is slightly more upscale than say, an Applebee's.
Great food and service The food is always good and the service is top notch. The atmosphere is wonderful with plenty of space for everything from larger parties to a dinner for two.
Run, Don't Walk Away! – I made what I thought were "coveted" reservations for the Mother's Day brunch. I believe the menu is the same as would be served on any Sunday, but with the addition of a holiday, the price of the meal was increased. After reading several reviews, I felt confident that the buffet would be tasteful, well cooked, and provide ample selection to warrant the price. Very Enjoyable – Delightful experience. The staff were polite and friendly. The food was very good and the music entertaining. A very nice way to spend a late Sunday morning.
Very poor customer service – The ambience and food at the restaurant was actually very good. Unfortunately, we most definitely cannot say the same about the customer service. Our group experienced very disrespectful service on the phone when setting up our reservation. While this should have likely persuaded us not to go, we decided to chance it.
