Took advantage of my mom for diabetic shoes. Overcharged for 1 pair and still owes her a pair. Employees hung up on my mom and lied to me. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE

I was overcharged by $39.00. Kristin confirmed for me that I had a credit balance. They are refusing to pay me the over payment. Now they are not even answering or returning my calls. All I want is my overpayment back and they are treating me like I am some kind of bill collector as if they will go out of business over my $39.00 What a ripoff these people are.

Furious, just furious. We spent over $300 on a brand new wheelchair. The foot pedal broke. I was told to return in 25 minutes and it would be fixed. I told Donald I would be back on Saturday morning. What I expected, He left after I walked out the door, nothing was done. I went ballistic, told they sweet young girl at the store front to get me a new foot pedal and I want it by Tuesday. Upon my the death of my father, a Maris Grove resident, we contacted Kozik's to see if they would take his scooter on consignment. They agreed to do that with a 50-50 split of the selling price. According to the owner, the scooter was sold. Here I am almost six months later, after having made at least eight phone calls to the company, it's owner and many times assuring me that he would get the check out immediately (by the end of the week I would definitely receive it), I have not gotten the money owed to my family. Kozik's lies and doesn't deliver. They really don't care about their customers. Spend your money elswhere.
