Our roof was damaged by a storm a few months ago. THE NEXT DAY, we were inundated with roofers asking for the business. Some had no website and some had poor reviews. I was lucky enough to meet Jennifer as she visited one of my neighbor's homes. The website and reviews checked out and she successfully handled most of the communication with the insurance company and even got us gutters and screens repaired that we did not even realize were damaged! Koziatek replaced my wind damaged EPDM roof with a lovely TPO product. The whole process was highly professional. They provided excellent advice, a very reasonable price, and did class A work. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. I'd hire them again in a second, Highly recommend!
Working with Jennifer was fantastic very knowledgeable of the business. She was our go to person when we had questions and helped us through the whole process. We had a great experience with Koziatek Contracting, Inc. and the addition of aluminum fascia on all of our eaves and rakes. The whole process from consultation to installation was easy and efficient. We were given several options to suit our needs, kept up to date on the installation process including how to prepare our home for the work, several check-ins from Koziatek during the install and prompt follow up to ensure we were satisfied. The crew was also very nice, worked hard and efficient. I would highly recommend!
