Dr Kozel takes his time and listens carefully!
Unfortunately, Kathy who Works for Dr Kozel for many years as she stated is so rude. It reflects a negative first impression on the practice.
We love this guy so much (primarily because he saved my husband from pneumonia) that we made him our Primary Care Physician -- after all, he is an Internist. He's a great listener and he explains everything clearly. He doesn't rush you and the staff is on top of things -- they'll follow up and they'll deal with the insurance company and the pharmacist.
