Dr Kozak is the best doctor we have ever been to. !!! To be honest, I didn't want to write a review because I didn't want everyone to find out how wonderful Dr Kozak was and then have a hard time getting into see her. We have three children two of which have had some health issues and she has been a lifesaver. I cannot recommend her enough. Everyone we recommend to her, loves her as well. She truly is amazing
I really like the doctor herself and even the staff is nice but they miffed up my kids vaccine records twice and one of those time they actually over vaccinated my son with shots he didn’t need. That’s fully unacceptable. They brushed it off saying he would be even more protected … I emailed them for our full records and weeks later they haven’t even responded. I wasn’t over the top impressed by the doctor either tbh.
Dr. Kozak is hands down the best. I love taking my boys to see her. She not only cares for my kiddos but she has cared for me too. She has helped ease my mom anxieties and has made sure I am taking care of myself. Her and her team are extremely helpful and are very responsive, even during non office hours. I'm so grateful for all of them!

Dr. Kozak is an amazing doctor. She is very attentive and caring .I was really impressed . Thank you for spending so much time to answer all my questions.
