I have had the worst experience trying to refill my prescriptions with NP Nick Tinker. They’re online my patient portal does not list any of my prescriptions to refill and I’ve been calling the office for days trying to get a refill and every time I call I get a different answer. The first day, Wednesday, I was told it would be called in the next day. Doctors 10/10 Billing department -8/10 I have been waiting weeks for a call back. I finally found a doctor who listens and wants to provide amazing care, but my account is LOCKED because of an unknown, 20 year old insurance misfilling (literally 2004). So, no Dr for me... BTW, Emily, patients bills don't come directly out of your paycheck, so maybe rethink the attitude you give people.
