Very hard to work with. Week to get approval, extensive approval process. high pressured sales tactics.
A company that practices theft, plain and simple. They will take AND KEEP $65 in fees just to submit 1 application. If you aren't approved for your rental or are on the list and someone above you on the list gets it, they send you and everyone else on the list away and pocket everyones $65. They won’t even put it towards your next application, that’ll be another $65. My advice, go with a respectable property management company that isn't into exploiting people who need a place to live.
