I lived here back in 2022. It was my first apartment and was AWESOME!!! Neighbors were Great and everyone was like family. plus its close to everything downtown. I miss it and recently visited a friend last month here and IT IS STILL THE SAME!!! One of the best apartments I have ever been in. Great staff, Great People, Great location, and it sets the bar for apartments
Please answer the phone when it says you guys are open. I’m a tenant here and every single time I’ve called no one answers the phone. Seriously unprofessional and upsetting.
Moved in awhile back, Nichole and Bonnie the mangers on property were so warm and welcoming when showing me around the complex! I've had no issues, the space is shockingly quiet for an apartment building and I hardly hear any bumps/bangs so restful evenings are the normal. The space is very clean and built well, there's lots of storage space, I think the patio is lovely, and down town is short bit away with everything you could need from a grocery store to food trucks. I've only been living here for a week, but I've been in plenty of bad apartments that rear up with issues the first few days. This isn't one of those places. It's quiet with thick walls. I'm in a studio that has plenty of space, with a couch, lounge, desk, and queen sized bed. I believe every studio gets a little balcony to relax at. The neighbors are kind when I see them, holding the elevator and giving a bit of conversation. The owners are very friendly and understanding people. The location is the best part.
