Moved in awhile back, Nichole and Bonnie the mangers on property were so warm and welcoming when showing me around the complex! I've had no issues, the space is shockingly quiet for an apartment building and I hardly hear any bumps/bangs so restful evenings are the normal. The space is very clean and built well, there's lots of storage space, I think the patio is lovely, and down town is short bit away with everything you could need from a grocery store to food trucks. I've only been living here for a week, but I've been in plenty of bad apartments that rear up with issues the first few days. This isn't one of those places. It's quiet with thick walls. I'm in a studio that has plenty of space, with a couch, lounge, desk, and queen sized bed. I believe every studio gets a little balcony to relax at. The neighbors are kind when I see them, holding the elevator and giving a bit of conversation. The owners are very friendly and understanding people. The location is the best part. Been living here for nearly 2 months and at first the office was really disorganized but they got new staff and management and it has been really great. I’m in the loft unit and I absolutely love the view and large windows//layout. The building was built during 2020 and the units are very clean and beautiful.
Definitely an all around pleasant experience from applying, to the apartment tour, all the way up to moving in. Quiet place to live, excellent options for food, drink and groceries within reasonable walking distance, and feels extra safe with the fob entry. Nikki was insanely helpful every step of the way in getting my apartment all worked out
