Having been based here for nearly two years, I have been operating without a stove or oven, which has limited my ability to prepare substantial meals. Additionally, about a month ago, the sink pipes remained uncleared for approximately three weeks, requiring me to manually remove water each night upon returning home, with no maintenance conducted during this period. Throughout this time, I have experienced several management changes. I am pleased to transition to a larger and improved facility.
I have lived here going on 4 years and since they recently switched management, service has gone down the drain. I would not recommend living here. My mail has been stolen repeatedly, their security cameras were stolen, and no one responds to emails or requests for help. If you manage to track someone down and get a conversation or appointment, they will make grand promises and then disappear for weeks at a time. Great place to live and great management team.
I have lived at the Koz on 13 for a couple of years now and I must say it has been a wonderful experience thus far... It is in general a quiet wonderful community to live in. Management is sure to keep everything clean and in great shape! The washers and dryers work through an app on the phone which is incredibly convenient. There is a beautiful rooftop with an amazing view of all of Portland, and the building is only about 5 years old, and is very well taken care of.
