Dr.Fiddick is incredible, really helped my by not giving up when she didnt know what was wrong after bloodtests and scans. Took 18 months and a referral but things are definitely better for me. I can't thank her enough. Nice to finally have a Dr. That wants to get to the bottom of a problem and not brush it off.
My mother is an active cancer patient undergoing oncology care and needed urgent kidney bloodwork cleared for an MRI with contrast. Multiple voicemails explaining the urgency were not returned, and we were told no appointment or requisition help would be available until the following week. Thankfully oncology handled the labs directly, but the lack of communication and urgency from the front desk during a serious medical situation was extremely upsetting.”
