The actual driveway work that they did was very good. The communication back and forth about start dates,etc. was 100% all up to me. Then I get a phone call after weeks of no communication and I am asked "Can we start tomorrow?" They promised 2 things that they did NOT deliver on. One was putting the AC condenser back on the concrete pad (the pad is still in my garage, and Koz's people put it on some concrete bricks which my HVAC people said was quite uneven), and also a worker had told me he would brick up a little area th... read more
