The Worst Appraisal Firm. Jay the owner is a rip off and used comps from outside my county. My lender has now stopped using this company and took them out of rotation so no one can be scammed by this business anymore. They charged me $460 for a appraisal that was not compared to my property at all. They under estimated the value of my home by 50%. I spoke with the company's office manager and she said that they are not allowed to speak with me on this matter. What a waste of time and money.
