Probably best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Been all over. Texas, Germany, Georgia, Missouri, food was the best!

This is the best Chinese food in Visalia. You can't beat the price for the portions you get. The owner Serena and her husband are such wonderful people and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Food is served quick and hot. You will not be disappointed!!
