I've been going to Dr. Kowbel for over 20 years. I've always first-class care. Very professional.
This place is absolutely ridiculous. It takes forever to get an apt. Then the girl put my number wrong in my chart told me it was me who put it in wrong because accountability is a thing even though she's called me back before. I had a filling scheduled to replace one that fell out which took over a month to get in. I arrived to have her tell me she moved my apt because she couldn't get a hold of me. Does not give enough pain numbing
Wasn’t able to make my appointment due to work, had it re-scheduled no issue. Was very impressed. Then they called to tell me the dentist would need to re-schedule again for in a few months, ok no problem we’re 1 for 1. Called today to double check the date they had me re-scheduled for and they told me may.29th then hung up on me. I see why everybody I’ve spoke to about this place recommended me places in yorkton instead now. Reception was very rude for no reason at all.
