RecommendedWonderful deli and butchers. Excellent fresh produce selection. Nice selection of gifts and cards. Employees seem happy to work there.
I used to be a Lunds guy but since the merger they have went downhill. I have never had a issue with Kowalskis. Food is always fresh and a great selection. it's very important to me that I shop local businesses and they are definitely not only the best locally owned store but imho in the best of any grocery store in the metro.
The deli has great food. Also always new foods. Employees are helpful.

Enough staff at checkout so that you don’t have to wait on long lines. Helpful staff throughout the store. Lots of specialty items & delicious cakes. Try the champagne cake - it is wonderful!
Sarah and Marta need recognition. These two ladies when above and beyond to help me get my 13 year old’s birthday cake and goodies home without damaging them on the way. Sarah went and found me a box to put them in. She also suggested how to position them and placing a bag of ice in the box so they wouldn’t melt. These ladies were kind and very welcoming. This was the first time I visited the Shoreview location and it won’t be my last. ♥️🤗
