my experience dates back a few years ago, divorce situation. I was assigned by attorney Kowalski to one of his underlings and unfortunately received very little value for my dollar. House closing, mediation agreement, child support and custody negotiation ... she missed egregious mistakes on documents, didn't put up any fight, didn't appear very experienced or informed on multiple fronts. Overall experience POOR ... and not cheap!

Hiring Kowalski was one of those experiences where the problem was not that the case was complicated. The problem was that important parts of the case appeared to be treated as if they were invisible. There were clear gaps in the opposing party’s discovery that should have been identified, questioned, and used strategically. Instead, they seemed to pass through the process untouched, like nobody had bothered to turn the lights on in the room. Sent inquiry via their webform. Over a week later, I have no record that anyone reached out to me. Giving the benefit of the doubt, IF they did and I just can't find their phone number or email in my records, they must have said that they are not taking new cases.

“Attorney Kendall Karon did a great job. I was at the end of a 9-yr marriage later in life, no children.
