Absolute pleasure to work with these guys. Jason was prompt and communicated regularly and his team was very professional and courteous. They came in significantly lower after I received an insane estimate from another provider for a whole new furnace and ac system. I don't normally leave reviews, but had to based off my experience with them. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the area.
Andy came to repair HVAC humidifier unit in my home. He was wonderful! Very polite, respectful of my home and had it up and running in no time. Thank you so much!!

I woke up to a thermostat error during frigid temps and started troubleshooting myself. I suspected a bad furnace igniter switch. I called multiple HVAC companies and everyone was booked, which was understandable given the weather. With kids at home and concerns about frozen pipes, I needed help fast. I called Kowalski since they’re an authorized Lennox dealer and spoke with Amy. She was professional, courteous, and genuinely kind.
