I was sent here by my surgeon to get a Covid test because I was getting a cosmetic procedure. First off, the elderly lady working the front desk wasn't wearing a mask at all. I waited over 20 minutes just to get a cotton swab up my nose. There was only one person ahead of me. That in it of itself isn't horrible.
