From arrival to seeing the doctor was less than 5 minutes.Dr.Kovatis was fantastic he listened and was very attentive to my concerns. Dr. Kovatis has a wonderful blend of expertise and bedside manner. When my husband had ankle surgery, Dr. Kovatis explained the entire procedure and was able to ease our nerves. We are so thankful for his professionalism and kindness. We highly recommend him.
I was very disappointed with my experience. After having medical tests done, I repeatedly called the office but never received a return call. My test results were never reviewed or explained to me, leaving me with unanswered questions about my health. Communication was extremely poor, and I felt ignored when I was trying to get important information. Patients deserve timely follow-up and a clear explanation of their test results. I hope this feedback encourages the practice to improve its communication and patient care.
