Damian, Olga, Mark and the crew over at Koval couldn't have been more professional from beginning to end. I received several quotes, two from trusted contractors who blew me off, but Koval set the timeline, advised on pricing and built the deck in about a week. We just had to wait 3 weeks or so for the permits but that had nothing to do with Koval. Koval Builders built a new deck for me in Chicago. The process was very easy, they took care of everything that needed to be done such as permits and architecture drawings. Price was reasonable. They completed the project on time. They were great to work with and I would hire them again.
I cannot say enough about great Koval was for us. They’re easily one of the best companies we’ve ever worked with for home projects. The communication was perfect.
