I had a problem finding parts for a bidet that would fit our back flush toilet. I had been to two places before this and they couldn't help in any way. When I got to Koval that all changed. I brought my problem and they fixed it. With great patience, I might add. It did take a few minutes of planning and piecing, but I walked out with exactly what I needed and it works perfectly! Chad and the folks at Koval have gained a loyal customer!
Unfortunately, I didn't receive great service. The 1 woman that actually helped gets 5 stars for taking the whole 10 mins I needed. The other 2 employees were rude and never bothered to understand what I was looking for. The only thing they were stuck on was the brand I was dealing with. In short I was looking for a universal part. All I got was 'We don't carry that brand' shouted at me about 6 times in the 10 mins I was there. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only place around that I go to for my building supply needs.
Everyone is so helpful when I call or send someone for parts! They always find us what we need and get the parts in quickly!
