Walked in, stood in front of a clerk doing nothing, i mean my hands on the counter and im looking the guy in the face, clerk waited 30 seconds before getting a rude tone and asking do i need anything. They are a store that specializes in plumbing parts, but didnt have an item as simple as a shower arm with a flange built into it. What a joke.
