too many doctors there. they dont even know who i am. eventhough i have been their patients for years. what a shame!!
I went to the doctor to get my eyes checked for my yearly exam. My insurance will only pay for a follow-up appointment but... instead, this office did a FULL comprehensive exam and guess what... I had to pay for it. They knew this but didnt tell me. Of course they arent going to. They want \$\$\$. Plus... I dont think that they billed my insurace correctly. BOOOOOOO!!!!!
I use to be see here at Visual Edge Optometric Group untill I found out the they commited insurance fraud. They billed my 2nd insurance under my husbands work and also billed me. They got paid 2 times for seeing me once. When ever I went there, they were never very personable and dont give you options on your contacts unless you ask. They always try to get you to get the most expensive items. I dont think I will be going back.
