Very frustrated this year. I did not approve my returns and was told that my taxes were filed without my approval or signature.
Switched over to this accounting agency 2- years ago. Helped us in so many ways, I didn’t even know we’re possible. We’ve been in business 20 years and it’s never been this great or easy before. Set us up with an amazing bookkeeper, Always has our best interest at heart. Nick is so good my brother in law (financial investor from Palm Springs) has Nick doing his accounting. That’s when we went to Nick, if he can please him, then this company is amazing! And it is!
I was quoted around $400 to have my taxes done. Not only did I have to wait a very long time to receive my tax refund, I ended up getting a bill in the mail for almost $900! That is over double what I was quoted. I explained my somewhat complicated situation before I was even quoted so I was prepared to pay the $400. My parents own an entire business and pay about $900 to have their taxes done. There is no way it should have been that much. INEPT AT HANDLING BUSINESS TAX RETURNS. I tried K&B out for the first time to have my 2020 business and personal TAX returns completed. The conversations that I had with Nick and staff seemed promising so I trusted them with my over half dozen business and personal returns. He never mentioned he had any questions and when I would reach out to them, they would either not answer or say that Nick is working on my returns and he will be reaching out to me shortly.
