Dr Rezaei is so kind and knows when I’m anxious about getting the shot. He never rushes me but takes time for me to relax

The office is well run and efficient. Fixed my macular wrinkle in 2008 and now have 20/20 vision. Excellent doctor know his stuff and si skillful.
“I have been seeing Dr. MacCumber for many years and wouldn't consider seeing another retina specialist. My recent surgery experience underscores my confidence in him and his practice.” I wrote this after my first vitrectomy and the same is true now, after my second. As before, everyone was very supportive and helpful answering all of my questions. My vision is now floater-free which is nothing short of a miracle to me. Everyone at Illinois Retina in Oak Park was professional and kind, and I couldn’t recommend them more.
I liked Dr. MacCumber very much. He was highly professional yet personable, which is not a given with specialists like this. The entire staff was friendly and efficient on my visit, which was my first time in this office and seeing this doctor. I also was seen by a second doctor and two other techs/assistants. Great doctor and very knowledgeable, I have been going there for a couple years and would not even think of going someplace else. The doctor listens to your concerns ,and gives you different options. Very thankful that I get to see Rezaei…He has helped me with numerous eye problems. Thank you
First visit as new patient after my specialist retired. While staff was welcoming, doctor did not make any effort to establish rapport with me. Interaction was short and lacked empathy or engagement. I trust practice medically but will try a different doctor next time.
Wonderful Dr. Explains everything thoroughly. Very patient and kind.
