Compassionate specialist who explained throughly my eye condition in terms I could understand. Always took time to be sure I understood what was happening, what needed to be done and the projected outcome. I never felt rushed. Extremely grateful for his skill. Everyone from the check-in desk through to the check-out desk was friendly, kind, informative and understanding. Everyone made me feel cmfortable as well as welcome.
