The manicurists are very sweet but the professional way to remove cuticles is by soaking them sud’s water first. They do the quick method which is not correct, they put oil on your cuticles and then clip them. I am a cosmetologist and they are using oil because they do not want to take the time to soak their customers cuticles in water before clipping cuticles. Cuticles are not clipped properly by using oil. They know that but they are still using oil. I also felt very rushed. I will not go back again.
This was my first time at Kounson Nails and it was the best mani pedi I’ve ever had. Joy was so meticulous at every step and my nails look beautiful! Such a relaxing experience, I will definitely be going back.
