I had hair Extentions at this place. The results are not as expected. The hair chosen by the hairdresser does not match my natural hair. I send photos in after washing them several times in hope the wave I had asked in the Extentions would appear. Never did. When I informed the hairdresser of the issue she offered no solution to the issue and without even discussing it further with me she said that she has no time to see me in the salon and that her work and Extentions are not refundable!!!
