I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I am for them. I thought my acne was a lost cause after 4 other offices didn’t help. Within only 2 visits they have cleared my skin and I am no longer embarrassed to show my face. What was a simple solution for them was life-changing for me. The staff are so nice and welcoming. I love Ashley. I will forever recommend this office to everyone!
This was my first visit to a Dermatologist. I wasn't sure what to expect. From the moment I walked in the office the receptionist greeted me so nicely. Helped me get registered and instantly made me feel at ease. It was the same the rest of the appointment. Ashley was professional and kind. Explaining everything so well. I was more than 100% satisfied with my visit. Entire staff was great.
The staff and Ashley were great. They answered all of questions and checked what I asked. Patient, friendly and thorough.
Receptionist taking appointments poor interpersonal skills. Rude and condescending toned responses when asked questions. Its your job. Patience is a virtue. Two of our 7 memember family thought this was the spot for us but not anymore. You just lost patients. Good impressions are just as important at reception.
