We had a great experience working with Tom and his team. They redid a bunch of tile flooring and our whole mudroom. He was easy to communicate with, had a great attitude throughout the project, and always left the space clean at the end of the day. He finished the job on time (actually a bit ahead of schedule) and on budget. The whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I have used this company for 3 different projects and have been extremely happy with the service each time. I have had painting, drywall, and electrical work done over a period of several days in 2 separate years. Each time from first contact to project completion was around 2 weeks each time and on budget. The projects weren't just done fast, they were done well and were exactly what was agreed upon. We just used Kottis Painting and remodeling for renovation of our master bathroom in Winnetka and we couldn’t be more satisfied with final results, Tom the owner was on the job every day to talk to us and check on his guys … from plumbing to finish painting they take care about everything We got him through our neighbor Mike and there was the best decision we could make. We used Kotti’s Painting and Remodeling to repair drywall, paint and redo the flooring in our basement. Tom and his team were beyond professional, came early in the day and stayed late and finished the job very timely and absolutely went above and beyond for us. Their work looks amazing and they were so easy to work with! They left our basement cleaner than when they came. We were so surprised how clean it was. We will absolutely be using Kotti's again soon for another project!
