I highly recommend Tom Kot! We have used him for a number of interior painting projects and he did an excellent job, we were impressed with the quality. Tom takes pride in the work, he shows attention to detail, he is efficient and pricing is fair. Plus there was clear communication about the project/timing.
I’m amazed by what they were able to accomplish! I needed an old door replaced for a huge 4 paneled all glass porch and Tom knew exactly how to approach it. Not only was Tom helping in making decisions, he is a joy to work with. As a new home owner, I’ve worked with only a few contractors, but no one has ever been so generous with their time in helping me understand the inner workings of homeownership. Saying tom is the best is an understatement. I’ll never hire another GC again. Can I give 6 stars??
Kitchen painting and counter tops turned out great. Tom and his crew were very quick, great communications, cleaned up, etc. We had one small problem and they worked hard to resolve.

Tommy and his team renovated our mudroom (new tile flooring (heated), took out two closets to make an opening, installed new cabinets, etc.). They did a wonderful job. They worked quickly and provided great quality work. Additionally, Tommy and his team were so friendly and great communication on the status of the project. I would highly recommend using Kottis Painting and Remodeling for any project, and will use again for our next one!
