We love this Ramen place. Definitely the best one. Highly recommended.
Hands down the best ramen place in Sacramento. I've even tried ramen places in San Francisco and this is still my favorite.
Kotteri Ramen Bar was a wonderful place to eat. The broth was rich, and the noodles were cooked perfectly.
