They returned my call and said they could be here in an hour. Three hours later, I texted and told them not to come, integrety was important to me. He said he got busy and his camara wasn't availiable and he was not going to charge me for the camara scope of the pipe that showed his integrety. I concluded that you broke you committment to be here. I couldn't figure out what the camara inspection had to do with breaking his commitment. Would not recommend even if the bid would have been lower.
