Kotschwar did my mother's estate 2yrs ago. The estate closed 1yr ago. Recently me and my siblings received a bill for $4600 due in 10 days!!! What? Shouldn't you have settled all this before closing the estate? And 10 days? Most utilities give you at least 30 days. I contacted a Washington state Judge who advised me that asking for money after closing a estate is like selling a car and than asking for more money. However I sent my share of the bill for his services. Tami walrath McDonald
