Koto had a unique selection of fairly decent sashimi, with a beautiful, memorable presentation. Food: 3.9/5 The seaweed salad was tasty, with fresh, fairly tender wakame, dressed in a subtle sweet and sour sauce. (4/5) The salmon sashimi (sake) was excellent: fresh and flavorful.
