Always amazing!
My fiancé and I come to kotos about 2x a year. Usually the service (chef/waitstaff) is good but tonight our chef “Leo” ( the name the waitress gave us) was AMAZING! He completely revamped the Koto experience! He was very attentive to not only the patrons but to the food he was cooking as well! His cooking techniques were better than my fiancé and I have ever seen from another chef in Koto! The sashimi was seriously not fresh. I vomited after eating it. Completely unacceptable. I will warn all my friends and family to stay away from this place…
