I have been to Dr. Kotkin several times (typically 4-5 visits each) for recurring shoulder pain. She has always brought my pain level from as high as 7 or 8 to zero over those visits. (No permanent fix promised or expected.) She seems to have the integrity not to treat a patient unless she's reasonably sure she can help.

My visit was pleasant, friendly and effective. The staff was very helpful with check-in and insurance matters. Dr. Kotlin was pleasant and friendly. The treatment I received for my neck pain and headaches were very effective. Pain was greatly diminished after the first visit. I highly recommend this office if you are seeking ways to manage neck and back pain without pills or surgery. The office was easy to find, clean and comfortable with close and ample parking.

I have been to a lot of Chiropractors and D. Kotkin is far and above the best. She way lets you feel that she is truly interested in your health and wellbeing. As a chronic back pain sufferer I really feel the benefits of her care.

Dr Kotkin is a wonderful chiropractor but very difficult to get an appointment with. As a working professional, evening appointments are in high demand, but Saturday appointments are not offered. Waiting room time is typically under 30 minutes, but I have waited as long as an hour. I have been a patient for about 3 months and have experienced 3 weeks of canceled appointments due to Dr. Kotkin being ill.
