First call to office is off-putting, cold and disturbing. I felt I was "auditioning" before making a conscious choice to use her. I tolerated this due to insurance limitations only. If going to seek med management, I'd highly recommend anywhere else. Past drs w/more impressive credentials & kinder demeanor are flexible w/approach (willing to work w/my personal experience of yrs). Her cold demeanor/delivery/inflexible problem solving....left me unhelped. Wasted time/effort/dollars. Distressing.
