Very good doctor & great team overall. Everyone is saw was very helpful and kind and informative. I highly recommend Dr. Reddy.
The front desk staff is pathetic, I provided change in insurance information, but she refused to confirm if the doctor accepts it. The doctor is very good. But as it is true that front desk can make or break a business. He needs to improve this aspect.
I was at his office 10 days back . After we walked into the office they told us dr is on vacation and you will be seen by nurse who will write down your tests , and all the tests will be done in office . I waited for 2 months to get the cardiologist appointment so decided to go ahead and get tested . They don't explain anything about the tests till we ask .and it took us 6 hours total… seeing nurse , tests and finally have to return home with no test results . They say the dr will call us back on Monday .. no call came . Aft... read more
