Worst shop ever. They just wasted our time. He was so irresponsible while doing repairs
Wonderful service! They diagnosed the problem with our trailer accurately and quickly, saving us tons of time and money.
We called for a mobile repair for a fuel issue. Instead of charging us to come out and probably having to have the truck brought to the shop anyway, Dustin explained what he thought was causing the issue. He was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. We have scheduled future repairs and maintenance with K.O.T. Any repair shop that will opt to be helpful and NOT charge for it will always earn our business!
My truck was derate sent at KOT they took 1week they change actuators which were not bad charge $3817.10 When driver took it on road same derate came back again . Took it to kenworth they found with in 15 minutes that differential pressure sensor is bad they fix it within 1 hour
