Kot installed some windows and failed to learn the local code which is probably why they suggest the home owner gets the permits. There was a problem with the permit due to no tempered glass in the bathroom (per local code), and all reasonable efforts have been made to fix this issue. I feel it is the builders job to know find out local codes and I have tried for 9 months to get this issue addressed. Frequent calls have been met with "window has been ordered" and "we can come up with something" to replace the window. As I sa... read more
