Nate from Kostos Electric was extremely easy to get in touch with and even though our repair wasn’t an emergency, got us scheduled right away. The biggest sign of professionalism for me is for a trade person to show up at the time they said they would show up, and Nate and his partner showed up exactly at the agreed upon time.
