My complaint is with the office staff. I called to make an appointment at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, 7/15. Dr. C. has been my doctor for almost 20 years and closing time has been 5:00 pm; even his website says 8-5 pm. If the office staff needs a half-hour to close up for the day, then the office hours should reflect that, and closing time should state 4:30 pm. Dr. Constantine deserves a "10" and his staff should take a lesson from him on how to manage a work schediule.
Dr. C has done four hand/elbow /wrist surgeries on me over a fifteen year period. You won’t find a better orthopedic surgeon than him. He’s kept me in business all these years as a busy medical massage therapist. His personality and kindness is unmatched. His staff is amazing.
Dr. Kostas has done several hand surgeries for me. He's the best in town and his bedside manner is awesome.
