Kosta is extremely patient and knowledgeable. He paid particular attention to what we wanted and guided us throughout the process. He adviced us of potential issues that certain properties had and instead of trying to use a tactic, he gave us concrete evidence that proved to us that he cared about keeping us safe and happy.
