Was referred to cost thru an auto body shop I use for alignment. When I went in I stated I need a right front stabilizer bar which I knew was broken. Wish I had read these reviews before buying tires here. They were unprofessional from the moment I walked in to have new tires put on. They weren't in stock, when I originally stopped to check prices, so they ordered them and they said they would call when they came in.. A week later, no call, so I checked with them and they had been there for 4 days. I called on Friday to get tires put on my car. I was given a price of 89.00 . I call back Tuesday as the man asked I do. When I did they did not have the tires I was given a price on and now the tires were $20.00 more each. Why do you take names and numbers if your not going to stand by your price given.
Failed me for inspection due to leaking front struts. Tried to sell me struts for a ridiculous price so I did them myself, only to find when taking the old ones out, they were like new. NO LEAKS AT ALL! Cost me time and money
Being a student away from home at a nearby clinical site, I got a flat tire. That flat turned into discovering dry rot and a dented rim! Kost Tires of Lewisburg and especially Charlie, the assistant manager, really worked with me around my schedule to resolve my tire troubles as smoothly as possible. This place was paid to fix my front strut assembly. They installed the wrong parts the first time making the car very noisy to drive. Much creaking and rattling. I took the car back almost every opportunity I could to have the problem resolved. Everybody including the mechanic made me think I was losing my mind and nothing was wrong.
