Nick served my family well. Recently, I had tires installed. Oil change. Brake Fluid flush. They did just the job I asked. Talented techs and great price. Actually on the brake fluid flush they checked for leaks and were honest. No added "services". I'll be recommending this KOST location (Pocono Summit) to my clients (Im a local real estate agent). Great job KOST! And thank you.
I don't understand the negative reviews at all. I've been going to kost tire Mt. Pocono for many years and always had professional and friendly service. Tommy and Nick are the best as well as the guys in the garage. Attitude is everything.
The customer service was excellent - Charlie and Ray were a huge help - worked with me on my scheduling - after experiencing horrible customer service by phone with four + other tire stores/service centers - by far these guys were superior. Just made an appointment for another vehicle. Prices were comparable as well - I got good service with it so well worth it.

Failed my car for inspection after waiting 2 hours for my inspection. They told me a part was bad that I had replaced myself less than a year ago. I took the car to someone else and the car passed inspection. The other person told me the part was fine and there was nothing that could make it fail. I feel most was trying to make me spend money on a unneeded repair.
The very last time I was there they blew my engine and I got stuck paying for it. Over $1600. I also got new tires and and one got a nail in it and they never added roadside so the screwed me outta a 63.00 tire so I have been driving with a donut the past week. Called Nick today and he argueed with me and my father who paid the Bill. I only went there so I didn't have to pay up front and still got screwed around.
