Had two tires on left side of my show mustang 40th anniversary suddenly go flat as it appeared a metal object on highway tore the inside . I was towed to kost and the manager verified my info and took the car immediately inside. He was both compassionate and professional. He had to get tires from another location and immediately agreed to keep the car inside over night. I can not thank him enough. He also said that I can get additional hazard coverage for a reasonable fee. I highly recommend this location to all
BEWARE! I am sharing a review on the services I paid this company for. The service I received was beyond unsatisfactory. Foremost, the initial concern for my car was not addressed as they only replaced the parts broken by the root cause. I was told there was no way for them to know the root cause as they do not have the time to drive my car around waiting for the problem to occur. Any professional mechanic could have diagnosed the main problem. The care and professionalism of bringing a car to a mechanic was not given to me.... read more
