Went there for 2 new back tire because I had a small leak in the rear passages tire. They took the back tires off put them on the front and replaced the wrong tires the two tires on the front were only 4 months old and my tire still leaks air. They also did not fill the tires when we left had to drive to the Sheetz because they were 10 psi under what they were supposed to be
One of the most honest, big name businesses around . They have went above & beyond for issues I’ve had with my car since purchasing it from Carvanna . Mark especially makes sure everything is taken care of from the time you walk in to the time your vehicle is done ! -Ashley with the Acadia lol.
Found a bolt in my tire CalledKost tire, spoke with Mark Michno. I explained the situation. He was very professional and discussed and referred my problem to the Kost staff in Exeter facility. I needed tires in a quick hurry. Unfortunately, I received a nail in the side wall of my tire, Which meant I had to replace all for tires. Due to the fact that the vehicle is an all wheel drive car. I was getting a bad run around from another tire dealer. Who just was not working with me. after 3 hours at their shop I got feed up and started making phone calls.
